Elle’s Protein Pancakes
Quick and easy protein pancakes – filling and protein packed!
Blend 1 medium banana with two large eggs, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, to a smooth consistency.
Fry in 1 cal spray on a low heat
Serve with your favourite toppings.
I love these sprinkled with cinnamon, sugar free syrup or honey, sliced banana or fat free Greek yogurt and berries!
This makes 6 small pancakes and comes in at 280 calories.
Try making a batch and freeze half
You could also add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost – I think Chocolate or vanilla would taste amazing! Just add your calories!
