Ingredients

4 eggs
140g plain flour
200ml milk
Spray oil
Instructions
- Using a food processor or hand whisk, whisk all 4 eggs.
- Add flour and whisk this in till it makes a loose paste
- Add the milk a bit at a time, whisking all the time, to ensure you don’t get any lumps.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat and add one spray of spray oil to the pan
- Pour a little batter into the pan until it covers the base of the pan with a thin layer of batter
- Once the batter starts to set on the top side, loosen the pancake and flip it over
- Cook the reverse side for another minute or so, until it turns golden brown.
- Serve with your choice of topping
