Ingredients
100g feta
Ground cumin
Olive oil spray
Jalapeño
Salad
Instructions
- Place feta in foil and sprinkle with ground cumin.
- Wrap as parcel and bake for 20 minutes at 190c
- Prepare the salad as you like it with a sprinkling of jalapeños, a spritz of olive oil and a squeeze of lime juice. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
