Ingredients
Basic Pizza – 353 calories
Pizza base = a tortilla wrap – 183 calories
2 tablespoons of passata per pizza and a sprinkling of dried oregano – 20 calories
½ a ball of mozzarella – 150 calories
Topping ideas
Fresh basil leaves -5 cals
Onion – half an onion – 18 cals
Tuna – half a tin – 60 cals
Peppers – whole pepper – 25 cals
Slice of parma ham, torn – 30 cals per slice
Goats cheese – ¼ of a pack – 80 cals
Olives – 4 or 5 olives approx. 60 cals
Prawns – small handful (75g) 60 cals
Ham – per thick cut slice of cooked ham – 30 cals
Thin slices of pepperoni, salami or chorizo 4 or 5 slices – around 100 cals
Sweetcorn – dessertspoonful 35 cals

Instructions
- Take your tortilla wrap
- Spoon passata onto the wrap and spread with the back of the spoon
