Pea and Ham Soup

Pea and Ham soup is an all time winter tea time favourite. This recipe from our member Louise, is so low in calories, you can even manage a bit of crusty bread to mop it up with. This is a really simple recipe, with ingredients that we will all have knocking around in our fridges and freezers. Once you have tried it, I think it will be a regular on your menu!

This recipe would make a brilliant quick tea or a lovely warming weekend lunch, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
