Pea and Ham soup is an all time winter tea time favourite. This recipe from our member Louise, is so low in calories, you can even manage a bit of crusty bread to mop it up with.Β This is a really simple recipe, with ingredients that we will all have knocking around in our fridges and freezers. Once you have tried it, I think it will be a regular on your menu!

This recipe would make a brilliant quick tea or a lovely warming weekend lunch, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
