Pea and Ham soup is an all time winter tea time favourite. This recipe from our member Louise, is so low in calories, you can even manage a bit of crusty bread to mop it up with.Β This is a really simple recipe, with ingredients that we will all have knocking around in our fridges and freezers. Simple soup that will make a family favourite
Ingredients

Half a bag of frozen petit pois
2 x slices of thick ham or leftover gammon
2 x cubes of veg stock, 600ml of water
Instructions
- Pour the water into a pan
- Add all the ingredients
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
- Hand blend down to desired consistency
- Season to taste
