Insane – HIIT Session

Are you ‘Insane’ enough to try this? Make sure that you work hard enough to break into a sweat!

Don’t forget, if there’s an exercise in there that you cannot do, then swap it for one that you can!

There are 3 sets of 5 x 60 second intervals, with 30 seconds of active recovery between.

You will start with a warm up and finish with a cool down.
