BBQ Chicken or Quorn pieces mixed with kidney beans and spicy peppers
Add to wraps, tacos or jacket potatoes – around 200 calories per serving
Cube chicken breast and brown off or use Quorn pieces and dry fry.
Add to a casserole dish with tinned kidney beans, chopped chillies, tinned tomatoes, tomato puree & one packet of BBQ taco seasoning
Bake at 200c for 30 mins
Serve with taco shells, rice, wraps, potatoes or lettuce cups (for an extra low cal alternative) – Don’t forget to count the calories for your added carbs!
