Roast turkey, stuffing and veg soup, around 150 cals per bowl
Simply add to a pan diced carrot & swede, sliced Brussels sprout & cabbage, diced onion, leftover shredded cooked turkey breast and 1 small potato
Then add 2 chicken stock cubes, 1 tablespoon of stuffing mix
Simmer for around 15 mins, then blitz with a stick blender until thick and smooth
Yummy, filling and super low cals!
