Homemade McD’s Brunch

This is a really quick, easy and tasty brunch. If you are getting a craving for something naughty for breakfast at a weekend (maybe after a big night out), resist the urge and try this healthier version of McD’s Sausage & Egg McMuffins.

Quorn sausage patties are a great alternative to regular sausage patties, as they contain half the fat and calories of a standard sausage pattie. So you still get your treat, but keep it within your calorie allowance. And if you’re a vegetarian it ticks that box too.
