- Rub Taco seasoning into 1 turkey breast, and simply griddle on high heat for 3 minutes each side
- Set aside to rest whilst you griddle sliced peppers, onion and tomatoes
- Slice your turkey & pile into romaine lettuce leaves with your veg, add sauce of your choice
