- Under 200 calories
- Toast 1/2 fruit tea cake/bagel
- Slice 1/2 banana & fry with 1 cal oil spray
- Fry until it starts to caramelise
- Top onto your bread choice & sprinkle on cinnamon
- Drizzle on syrup, honey or peanut butter if required, but add the extra calories
- Super sweet and a great afternoon snack/light lunch or breakfast
