Super Sweet Caramelised Banana Bread

  • Under 200 calories
  • Toast 1/2 fruit tea cake/bagel
  • Slice 1/2 banana & fry with 1 cal oil spray
  • Fry until it starts to caramelise
  • Top onto your bread choice & sprinkle on cinnamon
  • Drizzle on syrup, honey or peanut butter if required, but add the extra calories
  • Super sweet and a great afternoon snack/light lunch or breakfast
