Nutty ‘Nana Bites

  • High protein, crunchy, super sweet & satisfying snack
  • Around 120 calories
  • Take 1/2 small banana & slice
  • Pop it in the freezer for around an hour to firm up
  • Warm 1 tsp of peanut butter in the microwave (or mix 1 teaspoon powdered peanut butter with hot water)
  • Drizzle over your sliced banana & top with toasted crunchy seeds
