Mixed Berry Oats

  • Eat for breakfast, lunch or as a healthy pudding
  • Under 200 cals
  • Simply put blueberries, raspberries in a small bowl
  • Mix 30g of oats with 200ml of unsweetened almond milk or water (even less calories) plus 1/2 tsp of baking powder & cinnamon
  • Add on top of your berries
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
  • Enjoy a lovely crumble pudding
