- 1/2 tin reduced sugar beans
- 8 medium mushrooms
- 1 Quorn sausage pattie
- 1 vine tomato, green beans, & 1 medium egg
- Using a non stick frying pan, dry fry the mushrooms & tomato
- Wipe out the pan, then dry fry green beans & pattie
- Fry egg last with 1 cal spray and heat your beans
- Serve!
