Fry Up Friday

  • Low fat, high protein comfort food
  • Around 300 calories
  • 1/2 tin reduced sugar beans
  • 8 medium mushrooms
  • 1 Quorn sausage pattie
  • 1 vine tomato, green beans, & 1 medium egg
  • Using a non stick frying pan, dry fry the mushrooms & tomato
  • Wipe out the pan, then dry fry green beans & pattie
  • Fry egg last with 1 cal spray and heat your beans
  • Serve!
