- Low carb, high protein
- Under 250 calories
- Take 2 Quorn sausage patties or 1 reduced fat sausage, peppers and beef tomato
- Griddle for a couple of minutes on each side, until sausage is cooked through
- Stack onto your lettuce leaves
- Top with your egg of choice (boiled, poached, dry fried)
- Add your toppings (jalapeños & peri peri sauce)
- Wrap the leaves over to form a bun
