Fake-Away Sausage & Egg ‘Bunless Brunch’

  • Low carb, high protein
  • Under 250 calories
  • Take 2 Quorn sausage patties or 1 reduced fat sausage, peppers and beef tomato
  • Griddle for a couple of minutes on each side, until sausage is cooked through
  • Stack onto your lettuce leaves
  • Top with your egg of choice (boiled, poached, dry fried)
  • Add your toppings (jalapeños & peri peri sauce)
  • Wrap the leaves over to form a bun
  • Enjoy!
