Apple Pie Cinnamon Oats

  • Around 180 calories
  • Take 30g of oats mix with unsweetened almond milk or water (or your usual choice)
  • Add 1/2 a small grated Apple & 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • Stir through & cook in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring half way
  • Once cooked top with 1/4 grated apple, sprinkle with cinnamon and toasted seeds
  • Tastes just like apple pie pudding, just super healthy & a real comfort food anytime of the day
