Fast & easy high protein, low carbohydrate post work out fix, under 220 calories
Dry fry spinach, chilli flakes & salt & pepper, (I defrost two cubes of frozen spinach, easy to use & you get equivalent to a full bag of fresh), then add a portion of cauliflower rice and dry fry for a minute until golden brown.
Next make your egg white omelette, add chilli flakes & then add spinach Tip! Set aside some spinach from the cauli rice.
Super filling and great after a work out..
