A mindfulness course to empower you to learn to trust yourself again to eat what you need, when you need it.
This 8 week course will focus on: –

Connecting with ourselves and others and the enjoyment of feeling that we have a part to play in this world.

Connecting with food and the enjoyment of eating it.

Connecting with our body and the enjoyment of moving it.

Connecting with what is here right now and learning to train our minds to be present in the now.
This course is open to Be Strong members only.

The outcome of practising these areas of connection is that we become far more in tune with, our body and mind.
Therefore enabling us to make positive decisions and become aware of how our habits lead us into negative mind states.
Which can lead to overly compensating with food, alcohol, and other negative behaviours which have a huge impact on our over all well-being.
As such we are far better placed to make better choices around what we eat, how much we eat and when we eat it.
Losing weight, feeling healthier and becoming more energised are simply ‘side-effects’ of this connection process!
Very positive side-effects nonetheless!
The course being delivered by Debbie from Sprouting Mindfulness, in conjunction with Be Strong, will be delivered in weekly 2 hour sessions for 8 weeks.
